Hello from Rever! We are a young startup with a big mission: to develop the next billion knowledge workers.
We're headquartered in Silicon Valley, with an operations center in Guadalajara, Mexico's tech hub. We come from companies like Google, Toyota, Apple, Airbus, Eurocopter, Hewlett-Packard, Rackspace, IBM, Procter & Gamble and Intel.
About our product:
At Rever ( reverscore.com) we have developed an online platform that enables companies to engage all of their frontline employees in daily innovation. In a way, we humanize the workers by giving them a voice and empowering them to improve their own work.

About the role: Lean and Innovation Consultant
Our customers want to develop a culture of Frontline Innovation, daily kaizen and non-stop improvement done by everyone, everywhere, every day.
For that to happen, we need to take care of the human side of change management.
We are looking for a Lean Coach that will guide our customers, Fortune 1000 companies, into achieving their Frontline Innovation goals through training, coaching, and hands-on problem-solving. With the help of the Rever platform, daily innovation will become an organizational habit.
You're a seasoned practitioner of Lean principles. You are constantly reading the books and blogs on the subject of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma and anything around scaling Excellence. You've also grown curious about things "beyond Lean": Design Thinking, Agile, Innovation practices, etc. You are informed about new technologies that will disrupt manufacturing and operations as we know them: 3D printing, advanced automation, machine learning and artificial intelligence, Industrie 4.0, IoT, and on and on.
But reading and knowing are not enough; you have your own battles and bruises: you've learned the hard way that following textbook instructions is insufficient. You have a collection of tips and tricks to make change stick and spread across organizations.
You can explain concepts and adapt the message to the audience, whether you're speaking to the CEO and her direct reports, or to a team of machine operators on the shopfloor. You can design and deliver training content to large groups and your presentation skills are engaging. Your writing skills are not bad either, you probably started a blog, even if you didn't have the time to update it as regularly as you wanted to.
If you feel you are very skilled in all these Operational Excellence subjects, and you're looking to join a Silicon Valley startup, we absolutely need to talk! Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
You most likely have a B. Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Organization. But we've found fantastic Lean practitioners come from all walks of life; we'll prioritize hands-on experience leading change above anything else, including academic credentials.
- At least 5 years leading change and improvement of others, typically in a consulting role
- At least 2 years of hands-on operational responsibilities, not as consultant
- Experience managing a team a plus
