This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. This Privacy Policy also describes the relationship between us and the organization that grants you access to our Service (“Customer” or “Employer”)

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We will also take all possible measures to make sure your information is secure.

As used in this Privacy Policy, ‘Rever’, ‘Rever Inc’, ‘us’, ‘we’ refers to Rever Inc and its affiliates.

Information Collection

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you or we may request it from the Customer.

Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, birthday, gender and other information ("Personal Information"). We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries and improving our services.

Log Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Log Data").

This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Log Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service's functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

About your account

Your account cannot be deleted without authorization from your Employer, however, even if you terminate your relationship with your Employer your information may be stored with us as long as the relationship between the Customer and Rever continues. If you wish to remove your account, please send a request to where we will analyse your case. However, all content you create on our platform is property of the Customer, therefore content cannot be destroyed or exported when you terminate your relationship with your Employer.

You have the right to modify your personal information like your Name, Birthday and Gender if you consider that those are not accurate. You can do so by editing your account settings.

If we remove your account, please note that some personal information may remain in our records to the extent necessary to protect our legal interests, improve our Service or document compliance with regulatory requirements.

Contract with the Customer

Please be aware that we are required (i) to provide the Customer any information they request about you that is in our possession, (ii) to terminate your account without prior notice and (iii) to make changes to the information you create.

Upon the termination of contract between Rever Inc. and the Customer, your information will remain in our possession at least 30 days after the execution of the termination of contract. After this period of time, we may, but we are not obligated to delete stored Customer Data.

Upon termination of contract between the Customer and Rever Inc., the Customer may choose to download all Customer data, which includes your personal information. In this case, we will make efforts to avoid exporting your password but we cannot guarantee that your password will not be exported encrypted or unencrypted.


Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and transferred to your device. We use cookies to collect information in order to improve our services for you.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. The Help feature on most browsers provide information on how to accept cookies, disable cookies or to notify you when receiving a new cookie.

Do Not Track Disclosure

We do not support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services and/or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose. The information we send to third party providers is: full name, email, gender, birthday and all the information we described in the section Log Data of this Privacy Policy

Business Transaction

If Rever, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred as a business asset. In such cases, we will provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and/or becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.


The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to United States and process it there.

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").
