GDPR

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Last update: September 4th, 2024

At Rever, the privacy and security of your Data is our top priority.

GDPR applies to any business that controls or processes data of EU citizens, including us. One of the main features of GDPR is the added data subject rights meant to give more power and control to European citizens over their privacy.

Since GDPR helps protect the security and the privacy of individuals, our entire organization is hard at work ensuring that our own practices are GDPR-compliant. Equally important to us is helping you, our customers and partners, understand what the GDPR means for your businesses and build compliant processes of your own.

Information collected and processed:

By using our services, Rever collects and processes Customer Data. Customer data refers to information required by the platform for proper usage, including data indirectly created by the customer usage of the service (such as support conversations, application logs, etc.)

Purpose of Processing:

Corporate Continuous Improvement, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and other program improvement by enabling employees to participate, creating standardized routines and checklists, and giving customers full visibility into engagement and results. Data Processing Addendums (DPA) are available for our Customers when required by the organization owners.

Basis of Processing and Consent:

Terms of Service – Subscription Agreement and Opt-in of Terms and Conditions that give Rever permission to manage Personal data for achieving the customers objectives with the Rever platform. Removal of consent can be done per the organization owner request.

Legitimate Interest:

It is in the legitimate interest of customers to share Personal Data with Rever for us to deliver adequate Services.

Considered as the Data Processor, Rever inc. retains customer data based on internal processes and procedures or until the termination of the agreement with the customer. Users that require their information to be modified should contact their organization to perform modifications. Rever can assist when necessary forwarding such requests to the Data Controller and taking action when required.
