Service Level Agreement

This Service Level Agreement is linked to the Terms and Conditions, available at entered between you (“Customer”) and Rever. 

  • Target Availability. Rever will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Service available with an uptime of 99% of each calendar month.
  • Service Availability Monitor. Rever will provide a Status page at where Customer will be able to monitor the Service availability of our Service.
  • Scheduled Maintenance. Scheduled Maintenance means Rever scheduled maintenance for the Service. Rever will notify Customer at least 24 hours in advance. Scheduled Maintenance will not exceed 48 hours per month. Rever usually performs Scheduled Maintenance once every 6 months and it lasts less than 24 hours.
  1. Emergency Maintenance. Emergency Maintenance means Rever needs to perform an emergency maintenance to the Service. Rever will notify Customer at least 1 hour in advance. 
  2. Exclusions. The calculation of uptime does not include unavailability due to (a) general Internet Problems, force majeure events or factors outside of Rever’s control (b) Scheduled Maintenance, and (c) Emergency maintenance.
  3. Failure to Meet Target Availability. If there is a verified failure of the Service Target Availability in 2 consecutive months, Customer may terminate the applicable Order Form by sending written notice of termination within 30 days after the end of the second month, in which case Rever will refund any unused and pre-paid fees Customer has already paid. This clause will only apply if the Customer is up to date and has no due invoices pending payment.

Changes To This Document

This Document is effective as of July, 21, 2023 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect one day after your Order Form expires.
