Our on-boarding is has 3 stages. The overall duration generally is measured in hours, not days.
1. Set-up. We work with you to make sure your organization and employees are set.
2. Training. Online, remote, and in-person options are available. Duration depends on the role. A few hours for an Administrator, and 15-30min for frontline users.
3. Program Kickoff. Leveraging our online resources, or Customer Success Managers, start a program and campaign.
