Checklist: Forklift Operator Daily Checklist Template

2 minutes, 25 seconds read

FORKLIFT OPERATOR DAILY CHECKLIST

Use this checklist before the use of forklift trucks to guarantee that the machine is harmless to use. Implement general pre-start controls to examine the overall physical status of the truck as well as liquid levels and battery status. After starting the vehicle, assure all controls, signals, steering and brakes are in appropriate working condition. Report any dangers or items that demand to be fixed and make a report on the spot. Of course, you can change this template for your specific forklift vehicle (e.g. propane, electric, yard trucks).
