Capture Issues
Team members on the packing line note issues with the packaging material or the furniture pieces. Using Rever, the issue is described, classified, and severity/priority assigned


Contain & Resolve Issues
If possible, the team member, or their supervisor, resolves the situation right away on the line. If additional resources or expertise is needed, the virtual team on the Rev is expanded to be part of resolving the situation. If the issue directly impacts the delivery of a customer order, customer service is also included in the Rev


Learn & Improve
Quality Revs are reviewed regularly and shared across the organization. A DMAIC project is kicked off if a deep-dive problem solving is needed to mitigate the recurrence of the issue by tackling the root-cause.
