AI Terms of Use

This Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features Policy is linked to the Terms and Conditions, available at https://reverscore.com/legal/terms-and-conditions, and governs the use of AI features within the Rever Service by all Customers and Users. By using the AI Features, you agree to this Policy.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this Policy is to establish clear guidelines for the responsible, ethical, and lawful use of Artificial Intelligence features (“AI Features”) available within the Rever Service (“Service”). This Policy is designed to empower you to leverage our AI Features for innovation and productivity while mitigating potential risks.

This Policy applies to all customers and authorized users (“Users,” “you,” or “your”) who access or use any AI Features within the Rever Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the AI Features complies with this Policy and any relevant policies of your organization.

1.2. Relation to Other Policies

This AI Features Policy supplements and does not supersede any other existing Rever policies. It must be read and interpreted in conjunction with all other applicable company policies, including but not limited to:

• Privacy Policy
• Terms and Conditions

Your use of the AI Features is subject to your compliance with this Policy, all other Rever policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.

1.3. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms are defined as follows:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI): A field of computer science involving technologies, such as machine learning and algorithms, used to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence.
• AI Features: Any tools, functionalities, or services within the Rever platform that are powered by or incorporate Artificial Intelligence.
• Input: Any data, text, prompts, images, or other content that you provide to the AI Features.
• Output: Any text, data, reports, or other content generated by the AI Features in response to your Input.
• Customer Data: As defined in the Rever Terms and Conditions, this refers to any data, information, or material provided or submitted by you to the Service.

2. User Responsibility and Accountability

2.1. Your Accountability

You are responsible for your use of the AI Features, the information you capture in the platform, the Input you provide and the Output it generates. The AI Features are intended to augment your capabilities, not to replace your professional judgment and responsibility.

Given that AI-generated Output can be inaccurate or misleading, you agree to:

• Critically review and verify all Output for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential bias before relying on it or sharing it.
• Assume full responsibility for any decisions made, actions taken, or work product created based on the Output.
• Ensure your Input and use of the Output comply with this Policy and all applicable laws.

2.2. Age Requirement

To use the AI Features, you must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services.

3. Acceptable and Prohibited Use

3.1. Acceptable Use

You may use the AI Features for your internal business purposes to enhance your operational excellence activities. Examples of acceptable use include:

• Generating ideas for continuous improvement projects.
• Creating initial drafts of reports and analyses based on your data.
• Asking the AI to retrieve information stored in Rever.
• Summarizing content or suggesting content.
• Assisting with root cause analysis for quality and safety issues.

3.2. Prohibited Use

You may not use the AI Features for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. The following purposes are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal and Harmful Activities: Generating, storing, or disseminating content that is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes self-harm, violence, or hatred.
• High-Stakes Automated Decisions: Using the AI Features to make automated decisions that have legal or other similarly significant effects on individuals (e.g., in relation to credit, employment, housing, or insurance) without meaningful human review.
• Professional Advice: Generating individualized financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice that should be provided by a licensed professional.
• Privacy Violations: Processing personal or sensitive information in a way that infringes on an individual’s privacy rights or violates data protection laws.
• Deception and Misrepresentation: Generating content to impersonate an individual, to promote disinformation, or to engage in academic dishonesty. Representing AI-generated Output as solely human-generated is also prohibited.
• Infringement of Rights: Generating content that violates or infringes upon the intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark) or other rights of any third party
• Service Disruption: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the underlying models or algorithms of the AI Features, or attempting to bypass any safety and security measures.
• General Purpose Use: Using the AI Features for activities that fall outside the scope of enhancing operational excellence and Rever‘s core functionalities, thereby diverting the tool from its intended business-specific applications.

4. Data, Privacy, and Confidentiality

4.1. Use of Your Data

At Rever, we utilize your input and output (“Your Content”) to train our AI models, ensuring continuous improvement and refinement of our features. We guarantee that your data is never mixed with information from other companies, maintaining strict data segregation. Your Content is processed exclusively to deliver and enhance our AI features, in full compliance with our Privacy Policy and stringent security commitments. 4.2. Your Obligations

You are solely responsible for the Input you provide. You agree not to submit any sensitive, confidential, or personal information to the AI Features unless you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to do so. You must ensure that your Input does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership of Your Content

As between you and Rever, you retain any ownership rights you have in your Input. Subject to applicable laws and any third-party rights, you own the Output you generate using the AI Features. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Output complies with all applicable laws. Due to the nature of AI, the AI Features may generate the same or similar Output for other users, and your rights to the Output may not be unique.

5.2. Rever’s Rights

Rever and its licensors retain all ownership rights in and to the AI Features and the underlying technology, algorithms, and models. This Policy does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except for the limited license to use the AI Features as part of the Service in accordance with this Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

6. Disclaimers and Service Limitations

6.1. Accuracy Disclaimer

Artificial intelligence is a rapidly evolving field. The Output generated by the AI Features may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions, and may not be up-to-date. The AI Features are not a source of truth. You must not rely on the Output without independent human verification and should use your judgment to evaluate its accuracy and appropriateness for your use case.

6.2. Service “AS IS”

THE AI FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” REVER AND ITS AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES (EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY) WITH RESPECT TO THE AI FEATURES, AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI FEATURES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Policy Enforcement and Changes

7.1. Violations

Any violation of this Policy will be considered a material breach of the Rever Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the AI Features or the entire Service if we determine that you have breached this Policy.

Any violation to this policy might be known by your employer.

7.2. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately after being posted on this page. Your continued use of the AI Features after we post any modifications to the Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide by the modified Policy.
