Nigel shares how companies in all industries can and should accelerate their sustainability efforts by reducing energy consumption and their CO2 emissions before they invest in expensive solutions on the energy supply side. He talks about why Operations Leaders should act today on sustainability, rather than sometime in the future, and about the role of Frontline Workers in sustainability efforts.
